Morwood Campground & Resort

Nice place however camping at the end of the year you feel like you are getting really screwed. Everything is closed down yet the price is still almost $40 a night. They even still charge extra for mini golf when there is no crafts, no hayride, no pool, none of it. Could lower the prices or at least offer the golf at no charge.

Camp grounds and pool are clean very well maintained. No loud partying so if that's what you want this isn't the place for you. All the Staff are very helpful a great place for families.

The quiet and peaceful we experience every time we camp there!!!! the space on the sites is awesome. not cramped at all!!

Well I can't say enough or give enough praise to Ray and his staff. we went through one of the worst storms I think I have ever been in. We had a tree fall on the motor home and my wife fell in the motor Home breaking her tibia where she landed up needing surgery. While we were expected to leave the 10th of September things got changed up due to all that happened and the park was quick to accommodate us and our needs. If you are ever in the Hazelton area and need a park to stay at this would be the one to choose. When choosing a star rating for this park I could only give them a 5 but they deserve

Awesome campground. The facilities are well kept. Wish their RC track was a bit bigger with jumps. Also, great place for setting up a telescope.

This is our first time camping at Morwood, we rented a cabin this time for convenience.
We will definitely come back, hopefully with our camper next time.
Everyone I have encountered while walking or even others walking by while I relax by the campfire, have been very nice and friendly.
Very thankful for the wonderful lady across the road from our little cabin, that gave me 2 coffee cups to use for the weekend, as I forgot to pack them.
All in all, beautiful place!

This place is just as good as it was 15 years ago. We live just up the road in Oelwein. My wife's parents are camping here again and it's just a really nice Campground. Firewood, Pool, miniature golf, sand volleyball. Great place!

Great location! Great hosts! Full hookups for a nice long stay. Highly recommend!

Very clean & quiet campground. Family oriented with beautiful sunsets to boot. We visited Halloween weekend and had a blast.

We have camped at Morwood many times. It is by far our favorite. This was our first time doing the Halloween weekend. IT WAS AWESOME!!! We had the best time decorating our campsite, watching the costume contest and trick or treating. This will definitely be something we do every year!!

Lots of fun things to do! Had a great time there! Lots of friendly people!

We love MorWood! We have a permanent spot there, everyone is super friendly! They have such fun events and great amenities for all ages!!!

Very nice looking place to camp. A little on the expensive side but they do have a pool, miniature golf course, sand volleyball court and pavilion for gatherings. They seem to keep the park very cleaned and the yard nicely manicured.

First time here very clean bathrooms a little pricy, but u get a full site so that makes up for cost. Gonna check out heated pool don't find those often at campgrounds and they have theme weekends lots of family activities, mini golf, volleyball so far lovin it!
