Sonny, the rep we dealt with was very informative, friendly and honest. He explained everything from start to finish and gave us time to discuss it without feeling pressured. Even though we eventually decided it wasn't the best time for us to make the switch he was very understanding and remained friendly.

The solar team explained the process of what to expect when they arrived and made sure I understood the next steps in the process. They were very flexible when a roof install needed to be added at the last… minute. The company worked diligently to get the install completed before the end of the year. Both teams were very professional and efficient.

I am someone that likes to do things on his own timeline and after completing a lot of research. Solar is Freedom is the company that came out on the top of my own personal research list for Best Product (I wanted the LG Panels), Best Installation, and Best customer service. Adam was amazing! He answered all my questions and I never felt pressured or trapped once, in fact I even bailed on the project at one point, and he was completely understanding of the situation. I have been very pleased with my experience with Solar is Freedom through this entire process. Lloyd Hall has been very professional and has always responded quickly to my many questions or concerns. I never felt any pressure with making the decision to go solar with this business, which wasn’t the case with other companies we shopped around for.
The installation crew of Jeramie Coffey, Scott Meyer, and Ryan Wilbur came in and had the system installed quickly and professionally.

From the first call the experienced and helpful staff guided us through the process taking time to answer all of our questions. We never felt pressured to commit to anything. They kept us up to date through the entire process and were always easy to get ahold of if we had any further questions. I can't recommend this company highly enough! Andrew was super helpful.
