Bought a washer and drier last year. They didn't put in some shipping guard and the washer flooded my house first use. They came out to fix a few days later but that wouldn't be the first time their appliances failed. Screws are constantly falling out of who knows where into the washers tub and it makes a horrendous noise. They couldn't find… anything wrong. Drier needed repairs and when the tech opened it up he said wow they never cleaned the inside of this. It was a huge fire hazard and we didn't even know it. I just received a gas stove from here.... Before it entered entered the building I could see dried food on the stove. Even though it's a "used" stove I would prefer not to have other people's food left on it.… Very disappointed and beyond disgusted.
***Most importantly, there were two men who delivered the stove and neither one of the men were wearing a mask!!! I do not appreciate that Big Jon's does not enforce their employees to wear a mask, especially coming into ones home. It is very dangerous and rude and careless.

Public Service Announcement, super long Post...DO NOT buy anything from Big Jon's Used Appliances. We bought a Refrigerator to put in our garage mainly for Frozen items. Said Refrigerator was supposed to be clean, it was not. After we got it I took a pan of bleach water just to Sanitize it since it was used but little did I know I would be cleaning… mildew from around the rubber part around the door of refrigerator AND freezer door. Also inside parts of the refrigerator. They advertised that they are sparkling cleaned before they put them out to sell. They also are allegedly thoroughly check
