Excellent interface for setting up an appointment, very quick response, arrived within selected appointment window, acted very professional, and results were good, but not great. To me all aspects of setting up the job and job execution are important, but the end results carry the most weight with respect to auto detailing. I see slightly more surface imperfections in the hood now than before they started (swirl type very fine scratches) but outside of that they did a good job and I was pleased. As such, 4 out of 5 stars. I would use them again with tempered expectations and specifi directions
