Terrible service last night. I got a Philly cheesesteak. They took about an hour to make the food. Only one other couple was in the building ordering. They said they made the sandwich incorrectly the first time. So they said that they had to remake it.
When they finally brought my sandwich out it had enough meat for about half the sandwich. When I asked for more meat. I was told no. Terrible. Will not return. Been there several times in the past. It’s gone downhill. People playing around not taking it seriously!

I was at my friend`s place and we ordered from this place via UberEats. The ingredients of the pizza tasted bland and even in looks the pizza looked old and just not fresh. Would not recommend this place to anyone going forward.

Cozy restaurant tucked away downtown. Classic Pizzeria vibes with friendly staff and bright colors in the dining area. Plenty of seating with large windows. The portions are generous and the flavor is robust! I recommend the pasta, but the pizza is top notch as well. Try the chicken fettuccine Alfredo!

Pretty mid-tier pizza, good strawberry cheesecske, new Yorker atmosphere in the middle of Dallas, and the guy at the counter was rude to my homie. Great experience

Service is cheerful and friendly and prices are reasonable at around $4 per slice. Unfortunately the pizza is not great, with just a smidgen of sauce. But it hits the spot when you feel like having some cheap pizza, particularly now that the Original Italian Cafe went out of business.

This is the best pizza I have had in many years!!! The crust is crispy and has so much flavor! Rarely do I find the pizza crust to have any flavor at all, but this is good!! We had a family party and the pizza shop delivered our pizzas themselves. We had cheese, veggie, supreme, and pepperoni. Each one was wonderful! We highly recommend Carmines!!!

My favorite pizza place in the city! Hands down. The food is delicious! Unfortunately nowadays it's hard for them to maintain staffing and sometimes the selection varies from visit to visit so you can only select from what's there. But since I like all the pizza, I haven't had a visit yet where I didn't have an option available that I would enjoy.

Disappointed with the customer service.

The pizza is incredible. However, we tried placing an order today and the manager was very rude over the phone.

Pizza places are a dime a dozen in Dallas. I'll be going to one that has respectful management.

We split a calzone since we needed just a little something to get us through to dinner. Service was friendly and helpful.
Our food was ready in five minutes--less than it takes at most "fast food" places...and so much better. If there was anything that slowed us down was that it was so hot we had to let it cool off a little.
At $7 this was great taste at a great price.

Customer service was extremely poor. When I come to Dallas to visit family, I make it a point to order a pie from this place. One of my highlights coming to Dallas. Well it was one of my low points of my trip. I ordered a pizza online, and it said that it would be ready in 25mins. I got there 50mins later from the time I ordered it. They hadn't even made my pie yet. The manger said, "it would be 15mins." Waited another 15mins, and once again, my pie wasn't even started on. The manager said, "it would ready in 9mins." I told him no thank you, He lack the customer service

Basic, ordered a Stromboli extremely salty. Empty. Meat didn't seem appetizing. Will not order again. Is This what "New York" styled pizzeria really like? Ehh, hard pass.

I walked into Carmine’s Pizza on a rainy lunch break. I work nearby but I hadn’t been here before. The guy behind the counter was very friendly. They had pizza by the slice and one stood out to me. It looked like a sandwich and pizza made love. A “stacked slice” they called it. Extra cheese, pepperoni, crumbled sausage, and a 2nd layer of dough to hold it all together. I was sold and added a cesar salad, you know, to add some color to my meal. They heated up my slice in the oven to get it nice and crisp and served it to my table with a side of warm marinara sauce. It was messy but memorable

Looking for a pizza place and thought we'd try this one! Ordered a cheese pizza and salad and it was great! The pizza was just the kind we were wanting, NY style. The cheese was perfect and the crust was very good. Wish I took a picture to add to this review, if you saw the picture you would order right away! The owner ( I assume) has photos of his family around the store which is always heartwarming to see. Employees were kind and appreciative. Will be coming back!

Excellent service here. The stuffed pizza and calzone were our favorites. The marinara sauce is delicious! The bread is really good too, light, fresh and buttery with a hint of garlic flavor. We didn't care for the sauce in the baked penne (we requested meat sauce, and it wasn't good.) And the pepperoni pizza needed more cheese. Overall, the friendly staff, low key environment, multiple menu options and cheap prices put this place at the top for downtown dining.

I order Uber eats from the periodically and yesterday in my chicken Parmesan I found a decent sized piece of glass. My wife is 34 weeks pregnant and I have 2 toddlers who could have ended up with internal bleeding in the er if my wife hadn't luckily spit it out. Even if no one got hurt that was as close to a lawsuit as you can get. Whatever is going on in that kitchen needs to change. Unacceptable

I went here for lunch on Saturday. It is true that there are not many place to have a quick lunch in downtown dallas alone. I was in my office and found this place then hit the road. I completely was satisfied. It was not luxurious fancy pizza, but is it decent pizza with everything a pizza should have. Crunch and chewy dough. Proper amount of toppings and appropriate warm up. And very reasonable price. I liked it and will go here every time I go work in weekend.

The pizza was good and is heated in the pizza oven right in front of you if you order by the slice. The location is nice because it's close to the hotels on Main St. Which was important for us because we were tourists in Downtown Dallas and wanted to be able to walk around while not being completely exhausted.

The only thing I didn't like was that the only pizzas sold by the slice are what they have pre made and are out on the counter for you to choose from. I guess this makes sense from a business stand point (less waste) but as a customer it seems a little limiting. For instance there

Best bang for your buck when it comes to a single slice of pizza downtown. Plenty of seating inside and quick service. Nothing fancy, just good pizza. Right in the center of downtown so if you're looking to not spend a ton of money on lunch but still want something tasty, this is the spot. Pizza slices are large and not overly greasy. Will be back soon.

Interesting pizza shop in Downtown Dallas. Counter service and for the most part, made to order, so be prepared to wait a bit.
I had a Cheese Pizza with a salad and it totally hit the spot.
Good service and good value proposition. It is definitely an A OK place to grab a quick bite.
