My wife has Alzheimers and has been in three Memory Cares over the last four months. We are now at Chandler Place and things are finally happening to help her have the best care she can have as she goes thru this awful disease.
The staff, from the front office all the way thru the Memory Care, are great. They are very loving and caring and well trained to help my wife and me.

My mother, Mildred, is currently in the Memory Care unit and I have been quite pleased overall. Brittney is newly in charge, having moved up the ranks. She is A+++! Shelisha and Sieda are a couple of our other favorites. Nurse Keri is available daily and Dr. Lingoes is on site weekly. The atmosphere is family-like and the staff are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this facility.

My father in law lived at Spring Arbor for just over seven years and I have nothing bad to say about them. He was cared for and loved by the entire staff. We just lost him and the staff was nothing but supportive. Not a dry eye in the house went he was taken out.
The majority of the staff have been there many years and that speaks volumes. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

His name is Clinton and he is the voice and face of Chandler Place. I have been working with him for over 6 months and he has consistently communicated with me. I have had 5 million questions regarding the care for my mother (has dementia) and father (has Alzheimer's and dementia).

A family member recently moved into this facility. Daytime staffng levels appear to be fine, however, i believe they are understaffed on evenings and weekends. I discovered a resident on the floor one weekend. I advised him to activate his panic alarm and he indicated that he had three times. I pulled the emergency chord on the wall and expected staff to come running. No one came. I went to find someone who came back to the room with me and she left to go get help. Meanwhile the resident has been in the floor for at least ten minutes. I finally asssited the resident into his wheel chair by the

DO NOT use this facility. The management is incompetent and the level of care is deplorable and they do not have adequate medical staff. My grandparents lived here and received a level of care that could be described as heinous. Sheets were not changed, they were often not bathed and reeked of urine, they had bedsores, and the company overbilled us. Emeritus as a whole is a company more interested in profits than their patients. See the PBS Frontline documentary for more info. Please think twice before putting your loved one in this facility.
