The most ethical and professional agency I've ever encountered. He also worked with a local lender to ensure that I was fully pre-qualified so I could be in a great position to put in an offer on my dream home. All of this paid off and he got me the house I wanted for $10k under asking price which is nearly unheard of in this market. I loved working with Martina Rushing. Top notch amazing! She went beyond what needed to be done to make the process of selling the house as smooth as possible. The back and forth communication was outstanding. She kept us informed and constantly provided updates. We had a problem with the title company that the buyer insisted we go through. Martina was very professional and persistent with getting the matter resolved as quickly as possible. I cannot recommend a better real estate agent than her.

We were directed to an agent here by the developer. He was rude, unprofessional and unresponsive to any inquiry by my wife, only responding to me. Our ad was wrong for opening weekend but he spent nearly an hour explaining why it wasn't his fault. We requested to have no further dealings or contact with him but he insisted on being in the phone call when we closed. I'm still getting junk mail from him despite asking for it to stop. Avoid Steve Kahn like the plague.

I reached out to Susie Haynes to schedule a tour on a property she listed. I had to call, text and emailed her multiple times to get a response. After several days she called to schedule a time for us to view the property. On the day of the viewing I called and messaged her before arriving at the property and did not get a response. When we arrived at the property she stated "I'm surprised you remembered, I was not confirming appointments today". At the beginning of our lease - the very first day, I stopped by the house to make sure the water and electricity had been turned on as scheduled. when I got to the house, all the exterior doors were open. Not just unlocked, but actually wide open. The air conditioning did not work (June. in Texas.). The floor was filthy. The fan in the master did not work. But to top it all off, there was crap in our toilet. actual crap. -

We recently sold our home in the metroplex and bought a home in the Texoma area. When we began our search we contacted John Mays from the Bowman Group to show us a house he had listed. Over the next month John graciously showed us probably 40 homes until we found the perfect one. Not only was he on top of each and every detail during the purchase, we listed our home with him as well. Once he officially listed it, it sold within a day! Chris Ortegel was absolutely brilliant in guiding our home search of the Colleyville/Southlake area. Her working knowledge of the market, neighborhoods, and area builders was unmatched. There was no pomp and circumstance- only mature, experienced professionalism at its best. She was present and available from day 1, and never farmed us out to associates or "assistants", rather maintained 100% availability at all times. Chris isn't afraid to say when a home you're considering is a poor quality build or is in an area which would be difficult for resale- a quality we greatly admired

Be careful with this rental company. They do NOT mediate for rental security deposits- do not expect them to help with this in any way. The realtor (SUZIE HAYNES) gave false hopes about terminating lease early with the promise that if the home rented by another tenant by the first of the month we wouldn't be responsible for the last months rent HOWEVER waited two weeks after our move out to post the property for lease so this wasn't possible! They had us hand over the keys and denied us access to a propery that we were paying for -including utilities!

Had this company take over as my leasing company for the house I was renting. When we moved out things the old company said we wouldn't be responsible for we got charged for out of our deposit. Not only that our initial deposit was never accurate with the new company. Also the company who was set to do the repairs/cleanup charged us for items that were clearly there. Like a missing fireplace key that was sitting on the edge of the fireplace so it wouldn't get knocked out and lost. $50 trip charge plus the price of the key. I also could not get anyone to return my call after I received
