SJ Improvements specializes in home and property repairs and remodeling. We service both residential and commercial customers. If you have apartment complex or home repairs needed or want to refinish a room in your house, we are the ones to call. We perform small jobs that can be done in minutes or large jobs that take more time.

Company owner, Sam Ferraro, took an empty room in our basement and turned it into one of the nicest bathrooms we ever could have hoped for. The quality of his work was outstanding. He was professional in every sense of the word, and the way that he communicated with us and kept us informed every step along the way of this project is to be commended. We would, without question, use SJ Improvements for other home projects in the future.

Sam Ferraro moved my mother's laundry utilities up to the first floor from the basement. Sam listened carefully to where we wanted to place the washer and dryer. He made great suggestions saving us time and money. Sam also did an excellent job replacing a broken downspout. Sam is a polite, efficient, and hard worker. We will continue to ask Sam to do work for us.
