I contacted ThreadsExpress to have couple shirts and hats made up with intentions of using them to outfit a smaller workforce inside of a very large company. I'm glad we only ordered a couple of items to test them out. I cannot review the actual product yet, because 3 weeks later we have yet to receive our order. We will not be using them again due to the extreme misjudgment of completion time. After bugging them multiple times (after the date they said it would be done) they finally digitized our requested logo which only needed a few corrections. I placed a small order with Jake at ThreadsExpress for a couple shirts and a couple of hats with intentions of placing a large order later. I will not be placing that larger order. I do appreciate these guys being optimistic about their turn around time, they missed the mark miserably. I had to badger them every week or so just to get them to do anything. When I finally got a copy of the digitized work, it was almost comical how obvious it was that they just rushed through and didn't feel the need to put any effort into the simple logo that I payed $130 or some odd dollars for 2 hats and 2

If you want to actually have your order you paid for, don’t use this place. My partner ordered some overpriced hats and Ts with the understanding it would take one week. It’s almost three weeks later and the hats and Ts we needed are not here for an event we needed them for. If we had known it would be this long in the first place, we would have used a different vendor.

I was told the turn around time for shirts was 5-10 days. 15 days later NO SHIRTS. They were for an event that came and went. Paid up front and now I’m stuck with 60 shirts that I can’t use. He is unwilling to take responsibility for any part in this and will not give us even half of our money back. The closer we got to the event date the more he started avoiding my calls, emails and messages. He finally answered when my husband called. The shirts had not even been started. And would not be done in time.

It was easy to work with Tread Express! I needed about 30 t shirts for a annual camping event. The communication via email was fantastic and he was flexible on the design we needed, front and back. The shirts were completed the on the day we agreed upon and it was at a fair price. I'm glad I went this route vs an online shirt maker company. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received as well as the product. I ordered a tee shirt and a hoodie for my child through her school. I ordered both as an X-Small. When they arrived the XS was reasonably sized but the hoodie was what was estimated to be the size for a 2-year-old. I called Jake and asked for either a refund or an exchange.
