First off, let me say that I LOVED my apartment. I would rave about it to friends and family. I loved the location. My dog and I were very happy here....until I had to move out. That is when Knapp Properties showed their true colors. I had informed the company of my move-out date, and due to a technicality on my rental agreement I had to pay for a full month that I was not living there. Okay, fine, it's in the rental agreement and I understood this. I asked them to let me know what my total amount would be after my deposit was used for this final amount.

Knapp used to manage my apartment complex. They would start repair projects only to leave them have finished and start other projects. They took all the screen doors of the buildings and never replaced them. There were weeds growing out of the bushes and the hallways are left unvacuumed. They build fencing to contain the dumpsters but a few weren't the right size so the dumpsters can't fit in them. They added landscaping (flowers, bushes) on the hill and it washed down to the street when it rained and then they never kept it up so the plants are all mostly dead now.
