From the initial call to Brandy at the office to the handshake before Don walked out.... SUPERB experience!!! Received a call from him that he was roughly 30mins away. When he arrived, I explained what my concerns were with the hydronic boiler and the troubles I had with it in the past and let him do his thing. After his diagnosis, he clearly… explained what was needed to correct the issues. He corrected the issues with he had parts on hand and will return to finish when the others have arrived. I would and will call FORCE Mech. again along with recommend them!

This was my second time using Force Mechanical. They are responsive, on time, confident and expert in what they do. I was extremely pleased with their service and the courteous way in which they treat their customers. They were very thoughtful throughout the entire process that led up to the replacement of this hot water heater and I can’t think them enough for all the good work. If I ever have another job that is in their wheelhouse I will not hesitate to contact them first. This is a great company and I recommend them without reservation.

Their communication before the job was top notch, I knew exactly what the plan was going forward. Scott was very patient and made sure we knew what was going to take place. We had a whole house install, A/C, furnace, air scrubber, humidifier, and hot water installed in a day. Crew showed up about 5 minutes early, very professional. They took… measures to not track any debris on our carpet by laying floor covers down. When they finished the job Scott took me and walked me through all the mechanicals, answered all my questions. The install was amazingly clean, neat and tidy inside and out

They weren't the lowest quote but they install the brand I was leaning towards and could restore our AC the soonest. In addition someone always answered the phone +, punctual +, considerate +, and professional +. Installation was completed just 24 hrs ago so now we see if it stands the test of time, I'm confident that it will! Big thank you to the Force Mechanical team!
