Helliemae's Caramels mean retro treats with a twist. We think Helliemae is Rosie the Riveter's best friend, a sassy 1940s broad who spends time canning produce from her victory garden after her shift at the munitions factory with her pal. Our caramels and sauces are all about nostalgia, amped up with great ingredients.
Vintage-inspired packaging continues the theme, with saturated colors and wood grain that are reminiscent of milk paint on a barn wall. The best caramel is creamy and fresh. Our small team makes our products at the Helliemae's production kitchen, a 1950s service station we renovated ourselves.

Simply the best caramels this side of the international date line. Whether I'm hankering for the comfort of the perennial Sea Salt Caramels or anticipating seasonal splendors like Jasmine Caramels or feeling bold enough for a bit of Chili Palmer in my mouth... So many amazing flavors, it's hard to pick a favorite caramel. I love all of Helliemae's handcrafted deliciousness. Don't overlook the caramel sauces either, they are FANTASTIC. Both the candies and the sauces to make excellent gifts, especially if I need to send something fast. I can always count on Helliemae's to make it happen.

I have been buying Helliemae's Caramels for years, ever since I discovered the classic salt caramels at shops like The Truffle in Denver. I have shared them with many friends and work colleagues and everyone comes away a fan. They have an excellent, melt-in-your-mouth quality unlike the typical commercial caramels which are sticky and have an artificial aftertaste. The caramels are perfect with my morning coffee as well (don't tell mom). Whiskey Love Bomb flavor is another gem. Highly recommended, especially for including in a CO products gift basket.

Placed my first order for Salted Caramels earlier this year...and it won't be my last! The creamy, rich flavor melts in my mouth. A little girl that I know once said a special treat "tasted like a rainbow in my mouth"...that sums up Helliemae's Caramels! And...the top-notch customer service is very personalized. Excellent candy and I have recommended to many of my friends!

What a great treat. What a great gift. Last year I had Helliemae’s send a “ Christmas in July” gift to a dear friend who has a seriously discerning sweet tooth and I’m going to do it again this year. She loved these caramels. Not only did she love the product, she was impressed with the packaging. These caramels are made with pure cream and butter so they arrived with a cold pack!! Great product, great service. Highly recommend.
