Waterstone
Waterstone Faucets was founded in 1999 by Chris Kuran. At its' inception, the company primarily provided top quality parts and finished components to large manufacturers that made and sold drinking water filtration systems. As the news of Waterstone's quality parts and timely deliveries spread throughout the industry, customers began requesting that Waterstone provide small institutional drinking water faucets in custom finishes.

Recognizing these requests as a niche opportunity, Waterstone decided to change course and begin the production of high quality Water Filtration Faucets in numerous finishes to match the higher end kitchen faucets that were being sold for designer kitchens. Waterstone then designed and developed its own line of decorative Water Filtration Faucets using only the best materials and finishes available.

I just bought a home that was built in 2008 and had a waterstone faucet with a small leak in the hose. I called customer service and without hesitation they send out a replacement hose free of charge. The CS rep Kristen was amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is an amazing company. I'm about to do a remodel and will be ordering all Waterstone !!!

Waterstone just gave me the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. My kitchen faucet and accessories have developed some minor leaks after several years in very hard water. I did my research and was prepared with all model numbers and other information. Kristen (or Kristin) in customer service was able to put a parts order together for me in just a few minutes.
Waterstone definitely supports their products and honors their warranties, which is what one should expect from premium hardware. I would not hesitate to buy Waterstone faucets or accessories again. They look great

I LOVE my faucets! Love, love, love them!
I started to get a “squeak” and called customer service. The lovely woman who answered the phone connected me and I made a point of letting them know how pleasant she was...a rare occurrence these days...
I had an great gal in customer service, who identified my faucet and is sending a replacement. Wait...what? Who does this??
I am blown away by the kindness, professionalism and the fact that they stand by their products.
Thank you, Waterstone...

I have had the Gantry Faucet for 3 years and have had leaking issues since day one and it keeps getting worse. I have contacted Waterstone and they sent me some O rings which I had replaced by a professional (at my own expense) It worked on some of the leaking parts for a few months but is now leaking in several spots again. I have contacted Customer Sevice by email, but they are always slow to respond. It’s hard to believe these faucets go for over $5,000. I wish I would have chosen something else at this point, having a faucet constantly leak and spray all over my counter and having to wipe

We have the Annapolis faucets in our kitchen. Just called Waterstone support to ask what to do about slower water flow after ten years (LA has calcium and metals in our water). After troubleshooting with me, a very helpful man named John Michael said I could clean, but might need to replace, the diverters and aerator filters. Not sure if I have the right terms. But anyhow, in case I can't get them clean (or my plumber), he's sending new ones at no charge! Very nice and great support. And we are very pleased with all our Waterstone kitchen items ten years after our remodel.

I have a new Waterstone Annapolis faucet which I’m unable to get the water spots that it came with on it. Over the last year I’ve been unable to get the spotting off and finally contacted them as the soap dispenser is also over rotated. I’ve never used the soap dispenser and hardly use the faucet. John blew me off like we did not know what we were talking about and will not answer the email with all the pictures we sent over. I don’t have water spotting issues with the hot water dispense, soap or disposal button. As my builder installed the faucet I making bets they don’t warranty the

I installed one of their products about 5 years ago that recently had a low flow problem. Their technical staff properly identified the problem over the phone and supplied the needed replacement parts under the lifetime warranty.
I am not a plumber but they walked me through the replacement process (very simple) and saved me the cost of a plumber.
All of their staff were courteous, professional and responsive.
I will definitely use this company in the future.

Looks very nice and is stylish. That's what we liked. Problem is when you pull nozzle out fully it gets catch up under the sink. Have to crawl under and pull it loss to retract. Too many hoses going into too small an area. Called and they just said plumbers fault. Never had this problem with much cheaper prior faucet

So roughly a month after installing roughly $5000 worth of waterstone product in my kitchen, our airgap switch stoped returning. My wife called waterstone and they instructed her to "take the switch apart" and see what is wrong with it. She's a school teacher lol. So I called and asked them to expand on their recommended corse of action.
I was also asked to take it apart. I am a pretty handy guy let's say, but disassembling this component is well outside the ability of 98% of the consuming populous. Nearly every component is threaded and soft material.
Long story short, I
