We had a water leak in our home. Disaster Kleenup came and did the demolition and restoration of the kitchen and two bathrooms.
They removed drywall and tile from master shower. The restoration of the floor in the kitchen and den was amazing. They retired the master shower and it came out beautifully. We also had a shower added to the hall bathroom. The tile work was spectacular. They did an amazing job on our home.

My house was flooded on New year's Eve due to abroken fire hydrant. Quick response from Disaster Kleenup who dried my house out. They also did a great job with restoration and completed that in two weeks. Corrine and her crews could not have been more friendly, accommodating. She worked with my insurance company to effect a solution to my disaster. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for their work.

I had a leak in my house and Disaster Kleenup came to my rescue. They did a great job. I am giving a four-star review rather than five stars because we did have several snags and bumps along the way, but the company was accountable and assumed responsibility/provided good customer service. My carpet installation was excellent, their installer was amazing. He could draw out all of the sections in his head & installed the entire piece without any cut seams. The job is complete and I am pleased with the results.

In March 2018 we had a pipe leak in the bathroom and Disaster Kleenup Better Restoration was called to perform the initial inspection. Roberto was dispatched to perform the estimate and initial dry-out of the area and the job was done quickly and cleanly.
Once this was completed, the insurance company gave us the option to select a company to perform the repair work. In order to keep things moving we went with disaster kleenup and were truly glad we did.

Some rough patches, but Mike, John, Darnell, Greg and Corinne stepped up and got us back on track. Shout out to Mike especially, he's a hard worker who really went out of his way to make sure we were happy! We are pleased with the work and would hire them again (but hopefully not to repair water damage!).

As a young retired man my wife & I have not experienced any type of major water damage. I had worked many years with the top architects in California & so had much experience with builders & construction, mold & asbestos. Better Restorations is as good as it gets. Of course due diligence is a must for anything we do but trust me, don’t waste your energy, these people & their workers are extraordinary in their knowledge, professionalism & experience to do it all. DKBR did a great job restoring my kitchen. Dorinel and Jorge did a fantastic job on the drywall, John did a great job on the cabinets, and Mike did a fantastic job getting the plumbing mess worked out and finishing up the work. He really heard me, went above and beyond to get the job done right, and most important to me, he communicated everything superbly. All four were very polite and trustworthy. I felt comfortable leaving them at my home while I went to work.

2/3/17 Disaster Kleenup was called to my home by my insurance company. (NOT ME!!)
2/19/2017 DKI equipment flooded my house, I called them on their emergency line! 2 hours later they called me back and asked me to return to my home to unplug their equipment!
2/28/2017 they removed all their equipment! Never did the open up 1 wall, never removed base boards or wainscoting to do accurate moisture testing! They where paid to dry out my home and pack my belongings up in a storage pod! Our city sent us a letter informing us to remove the pod. I gave the letter to my

One of my rentals had a flood from a broken pipe. Disaster Kleenup sent out Roberto and his crew to clean up and dry out. They took care of the tenants belongings, and did their job quickly. After it was dry they sent out another crew to handle the repairs. I took the opportunity to upgrade a few things like cabinets and counters. They worked with me on cost and handled this also. This company is awesome! We had a pipe leak in our wall last month and our insurance company gave us the phone number for Disaster Kleenup / Better Restorations. They came out here the same day and set up fans to dry everything - our carpet was soaked. After everything was dry Josh helped us with all the repairs. They did an amazing job! Everyone was very professional. Our carpet needed to be replaced and some walls were repaired/painted. Everything looks awesome. Thanks again to Josh for helping us every step of the way. I highly recommend this company!!! :)

Beware of what you're signing on your insurance paperwork if your insurance uses these people. These people at Better Floors do not stand by their own website warranties. The insurance company itself states that the insurance company doesn't cover "faulty installation and defects" by Better Floors.

I was told by the owner that the TWO 2 ft by 13 ft. yellow adhesive stain and other stains on my floor was caused by "(dog(s)" We didn't even have a dog. There was also a round can mark in the closet

In April 2016 we had a slab leak. After repairing the leak my insurance company sent Disater Kleenup Better Restoration company to check for mold. Thank God there was none. Rebecca from the company immediately came over to measure and explained what needs to be done. She brought over some samples of floors that we might like and invited us to the showroom to check out more . We picked bathroom vanities ,linen cabinets and paint color to use. After about a week, construction started.

The whole team at Better Floors and Restoration are truly amazing. They have done work in our house and are about to again. I would recommend them over and over again to everyone I know. John has worked with us from start to finish in our home. He treated me like the customer rather than my insurance company.
