Generally a good place to do finance. I have used them for many years but the attitude I received today from your teller at the desk was completely unacceptable. I have asked a question that I usually get a pretty solid answer from every other time. Today, that question was not answered. To avoid argument, I just accepted the answer I was given but did not answer the question I was seeking.
Advantage One. You are a great credit union and I have used you for 10+ years but as time goes on, customer service has been deteriorating.

I worked with Erika to get my account set up via email and she was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive to my emails and extremely knowledgeable. Going into the branch was also a great experience, the credit union was clean and ascetically pleasing. Also, the teller was very helpful in helping me make my first deposit and get my debit card printed.

AOCU is amazing! Every employee I have ever dealt with has been friendly knowledgeable and compassionate! I’ve been a member since 1991 and have never had a bad experience! I’ve moved 3 1/2 hours away and still bank with AOCU! If you have no dealt with them, give them a call! One call and you too will see what I mean about how friendly and knowledgeable they are to deal with!! Great job AOCU!

I have been a member of (AOCU) for 26 years. They have helped me with all my banking needs through the years with cars, mortgages, and multiple loans. With the credit that I have received I was to afford things that my family needed and wanted. Any time I have had to call in I have received pleasant service. I am very grateful for all the help they have giving me. I will continue to be with Advantage One Credit Union.

Highly recommend Advantage One. The entire staff works together to be helpful with all of my concerns. Starting with everyone has pleasant personalities, patient and practice excellent listening skills. Always proving commitment to their members to provide solutions to problems. I actually “ feel” I am part owner of this Credit Union. The only drawback is they do not have business accounts.
