Several huge branches fell during Tropical Storm Isaias right onto my mother's car. Jake and his stellar crew came by the day after and sawed up the large branches and hauled them out of the driveway. Cheerfully and with compassion about how troubled my mother was by this event, Jake quickly cleared the driveway and commiserated about the loss of her beloved car. He and his hardworking crew are amazing.
