Services
Mr. Andrade's practice focuses primarily on construction litigation (public and private), including "changed conditions", change order and differing site condition claims, Mechanic's Lien and Stop Notice Litigation, Labor Law, including Trust Fund Litigation and General Business Litigation. He counsels and represents project owners, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers.
For the past 25 years Mr. Saad has worked in the construction industry with large contractors as well as with private consultants and as a Resident Engineer with the California Department of Transportation. As a construction manager, Mr. Saad was responsible for all aspects of the administration of both heavy and highway construction and design build type of projects.

My wife and I were referred to Andrade & Associates by our real estate agent. Rick and Stephen took time to look over our complaint and explain the complexities unique to our situation. At no point did we feel that our case was not important nor treated with the same urgency as a much bigger client. It was a very tough case for us to present and prove but we prevailed thanks to the expertise of this firm. Our case specifically dealt with a failure to disclose by the previous home owner. Last October I received a letter from Richard Andrade informing me that a company I work with was dissolving and to send in any claims by February. I'm very disappointed to say the least, I have been leaving messages and sending emails to get more information on the status of my claim and to date I have not received any response or reply from this law firm. In my opinion they are unprofessional and Reza Ghaboosi the associate who received my claim, needs to work on his communication skills. Even if my claim was a waste of my time, the right thing to do is to let me know instead of ignoring
