Desktop Services Group has been in business since 1997. The initial goal was to provide training and IT consulting services for the small business community in New York and NJ. With experience supporting large corporate environments, and with Certified Novell Instructor (CNI) and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certifications in place, DTSG began training services and IT support in New Jersey and New York.
Through business partnerships and hard work, we grew and developed a strong base of IT customers who appreciated their professionalism, quality, and quick response. Almost all our original client base is still with us. DTSG continues to provide value to its customers today by listening to client's needs, helping them understand their options, and getting things done right the first time.

We monitor the status of your workstations and servers, to include disk space and health, overall system health, and critical processes. We are notified about these things when they reach a threshold. Critical notifications get addressed almost immediately. This reduces the possibility that there will be system downtime resulting from hardware or software problems.
As the technology landscape changes, security is now foremost on everyone's mind. Desktop Services provides security-related consulting services, advice, and training to clients as a means of helping to reduce (or eliminate!) the potential for lost time and money from the myriad of nasty things out there on the internet.
When someone sends an email that impersonates a trusted party (such as a bank, credit card company, insurance company) so that you give up sensitive Information. Like it or not, the world is going remote. The trend has been growing over the last few years, and now more people than ever are logging into work from their home devices.
