I went to this salon today for my hair to get colored. Everyone was super nice, but after 5 1/2 hours my hair was not at all the color I was hoping for when I left, even had pics to show of what I wanted. Though it is not a bad color but not what I was expecting to leave with. After it was said and done the stylist said we can only go so light in a one session. I wasn't really even trying to go much lighter, was wanting a grey balayage and my hair is lighter naturally anyways. I went last week for consultation and was told yes this is doable with my hair and was quoted a price. After said and done
