Services
Daphne is the owner and Physical Therapist here at Kinetix. She graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 2013. Since then, she has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist in the outpatient orthopedic setting in the surrounding Ascension and Saint James Parish areas.
The main difference between occupational therapy and physical therapy is that OT focuses on improving a client's ability to perform activities of daily living and PT focuses on improving a client's ability to perform movement of the human body. In our clinical setting, our occupational therapist works with patients with hand, wrist, and elbow injuries, while our physical therapist works with patients with injuries to the rest of the body.
I have never been to a place for physical therapy where I have enjoyed myself and felt as good as I do now. I recommend Kinetix for anyone for their PT needs!
