Is there a deposit required to reserve a room? Yes. One night's stay for reservations more than 30 days in advance, full amount if less than 30 days. Are you close to grocery stores/restaurants/bars? Our in-town location is a 5 minute walk from the grocery store and multiple restaurants and bars. Do I need to check in upon arrival?

Absolutely wonderful. Clean, updated accommodations with everything we needed/wanted while visiting. Amazing central location (we walked to all the restaurants in town). Spectacular views from the deck looking over the river. Friendly staff who went above and beyond for us. Even the other guests were charming and we chatted with them on the deck in the evenings. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience in Stanley. We'll be back!

Great location and cozy lodging. Amazing view from the porch! The kitchenettes only have microwaves, coffee makers and mini refrigerators. We ended up barbecuing with my sister who was camping near by so that was not a problem. There are also some nice restaurants in the area. Great gifshop above our rental!
