Raul Flores is the best contractor I have ever worked with (I have dealt with a lot of contractors too). If you have questions, he has kind and caring answers. No question bothers him - he has the ultimate patience! He is very detailed and will fix things that are out of place BEFORE you know they are out of place. He is hard working and does not stop until the job is done right. Right is when you are happy! Rare is the contractor with this kind of attitude! I wish he did more than fences!!
