The WORST, most unfriendly, and cold RV Park I have ever stayed in. They provide tall wooden blocks to every site, as the park is on a slant and the rows of identical packed-in 5th-wheels and 3/4 ton trucks, made me feel like I was staying in a storage yard. No globe lights, red checker table clothes, splashing in the pool, BBQs, or happy conversations outside and ESPECIALLY NO PETS.
Traveling with an 8-year-old Italian Mastiff and an 8-week old English Bulldog puppy, I was reprimanded for having them outside (mastiff on a leash and the puppy in her crate), while I was loading the car. Despite

Unbelievably horrible experience. I made a reservation before my trip and number of days before, it was cancelled with no explanation. After calling, I found that the site, which had been reserved for months, was double booked. Now, I have no place to stay and all other places are booked due to the 4th of July weekend. This park really left us in a bad spot and caused us to cancel our trip to California from Colorado. I am etremely disappointed and frustrated.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I applied here for a job in March of last year. They ended up hiring me, and I was supposed to start working for them the week the US went into lock down due to Covid. They told me to stand by for a start date. NEVER EMAILED ME OR CONTACTED ME AGAIN ABOUT THE JOB I GOT! Terrible to do something to someone just trying to make it.

The RV park was very nice, and clean with beautiful landscaping. We wish the spaces were more level and wider though. They were large pull though spaces and the park was freeway and city close. If it weren't for the terrible management though we would have given this park 5 stars. When we first came into the park they had a wonderful and helpful staff. They really made our stay pleasant. When they left, the manager Vanessa became rude and blunt most of the time. She was also very difficult to deal with and track down. The park became under staffed and seemed as if there was no management at all

Olive Avenue is a jewel of a Park (60 sites) tucked into a semi urban setting. It is new looking, quite clean and a great location from where the attractions of N San Diego County can be enjoyed.
Roads are blacktop. All sites are concrete with 50 amp full hook ups. Sites are long enough to accommodate a big rig.
The site is sloped for run off (urban rules) but management has an ample number of leveling blocks.
We’re told that the Covid-19 restrictions should be lifted soon, so that the nice pool, spa and poolside showers and restrooms will then reopen.
WiFi is adequate. Cable TV had just

Nice RV resort, very well taken care of and they added beautiful landscaping between lots. Pool and hot tub are always a plus. The only thing that would be nice is if the dog park wasn't rock but it is difficult to keep grass growing in a dog park so it makes sense. It would also be nice if there was a code to access the park but not a deal breaker. Great place to stay.

This RV park was without question, the most difficult one to access. From the I-15 off-ramp at Gopher Canyon we wound around throuh the Narrow canyon roads, which eventually brought us to the city streets of Vista, CA, this is no small feat with 61' of rv and truck! Once here check-in was a breeze, the desk staff were cordial and professional, the concrete space did accomodate us but only barely. They are definitely "big rig" friendly for anyone with 60'+ rigs. My only complaint about the spaces are their downhill slope back to front, which makes it very difficult to level up. The park does provide
