Dr. Copeland was professional with great bedside manner. His staff is phenomenal as well. After 20 years of needing a breast reduction I saw Dr Copeland and the surgery literally changed my life. I was a busy mom of 3 that was consistently just getting through my day rather than thriving because I was in constant neck and shoulder pain. I lived daily with migraines for years. Since having surgery almost 9 weeks ago, I have not suffered from migraines and have not had daily pain. Seriously he is a miracle worker! He’s the best of the best!

Dr. Copeland is simply the best. I had breast augmentation surgery in May. I had never had any sort of surgery before so I was very nervous. First, Dr. Copeland is EXTREMELY thorough in your consultation appointment. I think I was there for one hour going through all aspects of the surgery. That is so important when deciding on a cosmetic procedure. Doctors just don’t take that amount of time to take to their patients anymore, but Dr. Copeland does! I feel that he is “old school’ in that way, but don’t take that statement to mean he is not up to speed on best practices. My surgery was FLAWLESS

I could not have asked for better treatment from Dr. Copeland and his staff. I want to start this review by saying my surgery was life changing, for many years I needed and wanted a breast reduction but I never followed through. I experienced back pain for years I was overweight, I also developed diabetes and hypertension. I was really scared that I would not survive Covid19 if I caught it, because of my preexisting conditions, so a family member referred me to Dr. Copeland. From the first visit he told me he could help me; he and his staff were extremely professional and handled my insurance and all related paperwork. I had surgery, the results are wonderful I am 58 years

When considering getting surgery I interviewed with several different practices, at first Dr. Copeland’s consultation process seemed a bit much, I later really appreciate the fact he went over all the details, pros/cons and outcomes with me up front. Setting up realistic expectations and recovery time. Through the entire process his staff was professional, prompt and courteous! My results are better than I could have asked for and Dr. Copeland followed up with me for a year to ensure proper healing. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Copeland and his staff to everyone

I cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Copeland. He was thorough, professional and informative as was his entire staff. My surgery and the pain relief was IMMEDIATE. I had one concern a week after the surgery and they got me in to the office right away to see Dr. Copeland. I personally like the individual experience you get from a single doctor office like Dr. Copeland's rather than those big multi doctor organizations. I received personalized care with Dr. Copeland.
