But we're here to tell you that not only Margaretville, but especially nearby Roxbury, should be on your must-visit list for its eye-popping scenery, burgeoning businesses and myriad activities.

If we can find a replacement booking, then we can refund the nightly rate less a 20% service fee. If a guest cancels at any point prior to arrival, the cleaning and pet fees are refundable. Red Cottage Inc. reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or "acts of God".
Cleaners are responsible for applying the highest standard of cleaning to each of the properties in Red Cottage Inc.'s portfolio. This includes but is not limited to: laundry, dishes, bed-making, vacuuming/sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning BBQ grills, cleaning fireplaces, restocking supplies and most importantly, providing Red Cottage Inc. with valued insights to avoid potential issues that may arise during each guest's stay.
We had a ball filming our first brand video throughout Sullivan Co. in The Catskills, and are grateful to a number of folks for their help, including the owners of the properties featured: Blue Heron Lakehouse and Beech Hill House; eclectic treasure trove Maison Bergogne in Narrowsburg, and the talented videographer, Peter Crosby of Bullrush Films.

AMAZING! I am beyond esthetically picky :)...The place was exactly as shown online. We had a lovely rustic stay in a wonderfully authentic cabin. The customer service was the best I've ever experienced in all my years of rentals and there have been many ! Thank you Zach!! We will be looking at other properties to rent from them in the future . Our "old-college-friends" group of 18 had a terrific long-weekend in September at The Homestead in the Catskills. The house and setting gave us the perfect set-up of common and private space, amenities, cleanliness, and beauty. Red Cottage walked us through the process at every point, and the knowledgeable caretaker met us when we arrived. The house had everything we needed (although they need a new coffee pot), from sheets and towels to every type of dish or pan that you could want. We highly recommend Red Cottage and The Homestead for a group or large family gathering. (And The Kaatskeller restaurant
