I was almost there to sign for a 400k+ house, but I have to walk away. Unfortunately the lady there does not have any sense of business. Every time a different statement has been issued from her end. She is sitting on the house for months and she cannot publish accurate information. Me being a small business owner, first priority is to respect my client, be calm and serve them with accurate info, rest all will fall in place. If rosewood did do slow business , that's because of the attitude of the seller agent sitting there. Even today if you go to their web site, the price of house is listed differently

I have been working with Rosewood Home Builders over the past 7 months and it has been a very positive experience. They have delivered everything requested, have been on time, and most importantly kind and courteous in our business dealings. Ive used a custom homebuilder in the past and ran into project management issues, which have not cropped up while using Rosewood Custom Homebuilders.
