We are here to represent the musical taste of you and your guests. Each event is unique and that is the exact approach we take. Your DJ will meet with you in person and will work with you through every step of the planning phase. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. I have been a DJ since the ripe old age of 13.
My first spot in a nightclub was in Downtown Dallas at age 15. By selling custom mixtapes and DJ'ing local parties ranging from birthdays, school dances, & weddings, I found a way to support my love of music! Beginning at age 18, I worked for the largest Mobile DJ Company in Houston. From there, I worked for a smaller, high-end company who specialized in Bar/Bat Mitzvah's, & Corporate Events.

We are a well versed company composed of highly experienced DJ's who work with Tip Top Music Entertainment exclusively. Each DJ has an extensive background in working with a variety of events and occasions. Our focus is on quality rather than quantity. We are well-rounded, seasoned professionals who are capable of successfully pulling off any event.
Being highly experienced & diverse, we do all kinds of events. What you'll find similar throughout is a dedication to keeping each event unique. We stay away from a generic, cookie-cutter approach, so if that's what you're looking for, we're not it. On the other hand, if you are looking for a high level of professionalism, customizing elements, and having a more hands-on approach to designing the perfect party, then this is it!
For weddings, we like to work directly with you, face to face, and together create what you envision for your perfect wedding day. We bring back-up equipment with us to every event, are fully insured, arrive 2 hours early, and do not drink - to name a few things. The light needs to be on you, and not on us.
For school dances, it is a balance between representing what the student body wants by playing appropriately requested songs, while respecting the staff and age group at the dance. At a high school dance you'll see more of a focus on the music and less emphasis on interaction. We'll make announcements, and hype the crowd as needed.
Having an extensive background in the Bar/Bat Mitzvah scene spanning more than 15 years, we understand the necessity of keeping the focus on the Friends and Family who are invited. We can take a low-key approach, or hype the scene. My name is Kate Meyers and I met Chris about six months ago when I was planning my daughter Emmy's Bat Mitzvah.
