If the health center is closed, your call will automatically be forwarded to an answering service and they will connect you to our on-call provider. Formally referred to as Southern Tier Community Health Center Network, to our community we are known as Universal Primary Care. As the only Federally Qualified Health Center in Cattaraugus, Allegany and McKean counties, we strive to provide high quality, primary care to all patients regardless of a patient's ability to pay.
