Bill has been serving the Watertown area since 1982, concentrating on customer hearing health. He is a New York State Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and Optician. In 1994, Bill purchased the long-established Watertown Hearing Aid Center. He is happy to help you find a solution to your hearing needs.
Watertown Hearing Aid Center accepts most major insurance plans. If you are unsure, we will gladly work with your provider to determine what hearing benefits they may offer. Our practice sells a diversified range of hearing devices at various price points. Some insurance plans cover at different levels of cost.
We accept CareCredit, the leading healthcare credit card, to make improving your hearing health easier and more affordable. With CareCredit, you can get the hearing instrument you need and conveniently pay for it over time with monthly payments that easily fit into your budget. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card for every member of the family.
Watertown Hearing Aid Center accepts most major insurance plans and will gladly bill accordingly. However, if we are not registered as a participating provider with your insurance, amounts not covered are your responsibility. Moreover, our practice reserves the right to include any non-covered or ineligible amounts for hearing instruments, devices, or services.
Are you prone to ear infections if you get water in your ears from swimming or a shower? The Watertown Hearing Aid Center can have custom swim plugs made to ensure the best seal possible to help avoid future ear infections. The swim plugs can be designed in many different color combinations. This is a great way to personalize your swim plugs.

This character should be in jail. He sold my elderly (86yo) mother $3500.00 worth of new hearing aids. I came in from out of town to take her in to pick them up. She had not been in to their office in 3 years. They handed her the hearing aids in a bag and sent her packing. The owner purports to be a professional. After checking, I found he did graduate from a 3 week hearing aid dispenser course. The guy is a con artist. Go somewhere else.

While visiting from Florida, my husbands hearing aid broke. We were in a panic and called Watertown hearing aid center. It needed to be mailed out and all went well. Everyone was very helpful and so friendly. This is a great business and they treat customers like friends. Being able to hear his grandkids means everything!!! Thanks. Joe and Terri Doherty
