Super disappointed with this company that we have used for years. Wiped all the software off my computer after installing a new hard drive and were completely in denial about their culpability in the situation. Offered to undo what they did but would have to charge me labor to undo the damage. What?! Completely non apologetic about it too. I was very surprised by what happened, how they handled it and they really left me in a bind. I do not recommend this company.

Today I went to CTS and I got great customer service from Jon West. He took his time and explained how to best deal with not only a tablet that was giving us trouble, but he provided a very cheap workaround to a computer that I was going to throw on the scrap heap. To say that CTS is fair and honest would be an understatement. You can go there and get your computer or software issues done at a reasonable rate with full confidence that they are providing you the most cost effective solution to your issue.
