"I CAN'T HELP YOU IS A SUNDAY 6 P.M ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND AND I DID NOT BRING MY TOOLS"

I called DIXON FLEET SERVICE because my ISUZU NPR could not start. I knew that it was going to be Pricey, because it was Labor day weekend. But never did i thought that i was going to get scammed by a lazy employees.
long story short. Mr J showed up for about 40 minutes. with in the 40 minutes that he was there, he added 4 gallons of diesel to my Isuzu NPR, removed the side diesel filter.
Mr. Champien billed me for:
1). come out fee of $100 (ok

Stay clear or be ripped off! I was too busy to help driver and hired them back in July to replace water line on road tractor broke down 2 hrs from home. Guy came out and put new line on and stripped threads on fitting and it leaked all the way home and I had to replace it. Told the guy not to waste $$ on antifreeze and to get water. Wouldn't listen and used straight antifreeze, costing extra. He also kept the clock running while he stopped and got lunch! Tried to reason with supervisor and get a little help on bill and they wouldn't budge. Wish I could have just stopped work and
