I have been coming to TNT shirts for a few years now and have never been disappointed!
Each time I work with Ashley she knows exactly what I need and if there is an issue, she communicates it clearly to ensure not only the quality of the product but the speed of delivery!

I had company jackets/shirts/bags made and TNT did a wonderful job embroidering them for us. Brittany was great to work with and super accommodating to my many changes! She was quick to respond to emails and very friendly! The company merchandise was a hit and I would definitely recommend them for all your embroidery needs!

I needed to have two custom T-shirts designed. I had looked at Vistaprint.com but figured a local business could do better. So I put in for a bid online.
I heard NOTHING.
They have two locations. I didn't hear from either.
Local businesses wring their hands anxiously about losing money but often fail to address the basics. If you can't be bothered to talk to new people when they have a question, they'll go elsewhere. That's what I did.
And I don't see myself giving them another shot anytime soon.

For a startup basketball league I needed a reliable group to put together a basketball jersey with names, numbers and sponsors all included-all at a reasonable price. I found TNT based on a recommendation and I would happily refer them to others.

Ashley was nice, but didn't seem really interested in working with me. She told me she would check prices and she would email me, but I had to call her to get those prices. They almost seemed too busy to obtain more business lol. I called her after she sent me the pricing email to talk more about it but she didn't answer, so I gave up. As a business owner; I want to be worked with & not steered into a direction that works best for someone else and for sure not running up behind someone when I'm trying to give them money lol. I just didn't feel wanted there

Zach was super helpful from start to finish. This was my first time having t-shirts printed & he walked me through the entire process with infinite patience. When supply difficulties arose, he made sure to keep me in the loop, & even offered a substitute a better quality shirt without raising my cost. And at the end of it all, my boss loved the t-shirts. Will definitely be going back for all of our local t-shirt printing needs.

Both locations, bad customer service. The 1st location on 1145 w 19th st the guy who answered the phone tried to argue with me on why I want dtg print instead of screen print. Are you serious sir! The second location you walk in the workers see you standing by the door and just look at you is anybody going to greet me or ask what is it that I need?! Then I finally get Ashley’s help. I go in a week prior and ask for one t shirt to be dtg printed I was told it would take a week and Ashley would email me the mock up. I wait a week and nothing, I call and call Ashley’s phone number she gave me

I needed shirts made for my new doggie daycare business in spring branch. The establishment is not too far away and the time frame the shirts were to be done was super convenient. I had really specific instructions and they were met exactly! I would 100% recommend using TNT shirts for quick and quality products.

This place was so convenient since it is so close to my workplace. However, I was so disappointed with their services. They may be a good at what they do, but I did not get a chance to see their work.
I dropped off my jacket to get embroidered , but after 2 weeks with a several phone calls trying to get Ashley to send me an email for a mock design I decided to go back and pick up my jacket.
May be my business was too small for them, but they should had said that instead of giving me a wander around. Communication is very important in business, and I am sorry to say this place is not good at it

Ashley has the patience of Job dealing w/ me and my requests. Shirts turned out great! This was my second time using this company and I will return again.

I needed a rush order of shirts for my small business and they were able to complete them in two days. When I went to pick up the shirts the whole business had such good vibes. It was just a warehouse of folks listening to chill music printing shirts in their own little stations and I loved it. Will for sure be returning to support this local business.

The service people definitely need a bit more training and the turnaround time was longer than I expected. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere!!!

TNT is the BEST branding shop in Houston! Our cycling studio took our new gear to them and in one week we had beautiful new prints on 60+ items. It was so easy to work with Zach (Heights) and Ashley (Montrose). They were responsive & responsible with my items. Even stayed late on a Friday night so we could get our gear before the weekend classes. We will definitely be using TNT for all our future needs!!!

I want to send a SPECIAL Thanks to Zach and his team at TNT Shirts for doing a phenomenal job on our shirts for our first annual March of Dimes walk for my Daughter Zaniah ! They did an awesome job and we will definitely be back for futures business.

I have been coming to tnt for a long time and today was my last. I made an order last Friday and I was willing to pay extra to make my order faster. They told me it would be ready on Wednesday. I call on Wednesday as I'm on my way to pick up my order. I was told "we're sorry come tomorrow (Thursday) at end of the day and they will be ready" although they lied I took into consideration that yes they do get busy at points, but the story just gets worse. The next day (Thursday) I arrive right before closing time. I was looking forward to receive my shirts and was in a very good

Communication was simple and easy, I had a week deadline and they completed my 20 bandanas in about an hour after I dropped them off, exceeding any expectation I had.

Will definitely use them again!

Takes TNT a pretty long time to get back to you. Everyone there seems nice, but after my first conversation with Ashley it took a week for her to get back to me via email. After three weeks of waiting, I am just now finding out that she hadn't even started the mock up (for one sample.). I'm not purchasing from them, and unless you have time to sit and wait for a while, I'd advise you not to either.

THE OWNER telling people why they are wrong, instead of how the company could improve, is not a good look. I highly doubt after my experience with TnT that everyone who left a one

GREAT customer service... ask for Goose he's the man. From designing our company shirts and recommending the perfect color and material to quick turn around... TNT has got it all they also carefully embroidered our logo on hats and Columbia shirts. Every product we have recieved from them is . Picture of our shirts attached.

I started coming here in the spring of 2010 and haven't looked back since. The quality of work is top notch and the staff are all extremely friendly & helpful. Whether you're looking to print shirts for a group of friends, a large organization, an event, or whatever it may be, TNT Shirts is the way to go. I've designed and printed over 50 different shirts here and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Every time I come in for my business, Zach helps me out. I actually started going to them inquiring about company shirts but since have used their service for personal shirts like family vacations and non-serious sports teams. Their prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and the customer experience is top notch. Ashley even went as so far as to ensure that we had our shirts made on time! I couldn't have asked for better customer service and would definitely recommend anyone looking for fun shirts made for corporate or private events.

I contacted TNT Shirts on Wednesday mid afternoon with an extremely short notice request for office t-shirts. I was assisted by Zach and he was awesome! I sent the design via email and got a response very quickly with the mockup. I confirmed the order by the end of the day (Wednesday) and our shirts were finished by the end of THE NEXT DAY!
