We only operate with those that have their own in-house quality control laboratory to insure exact specifications are met. Best concrete company practices are to continuously test materials for size and strength before leaving facility. Our vendors oversee production and quality control from start to finish, this way you can be sure you're getting the best product for the best possible price.
We believe that quality construction begins with thoughtful and thorough planning. Our process incorporates key principles from ISO9000, Lean Construction, Six Sigma, and the QA/QC process formalized by the US Army Corps of Engineers. Every iConcrete project adheres to a rigorous standards of quality and excellence that owners, developers and their architects have come to expect.
The advice from our initial consultation was given to us in a manner that someone with no construction experience would understand. Our Project Manager James Ary was very easy to deal with and his help was very appreciated. The assistance and support that we received are unparalleled. Our Project Manager was brilliant and we were provided with more help than what we needed.
The US Congress created guidelines for accessibility of public facilities through the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramp guidelines apply only to access for new facilities or major renovations built after 1991 that are used by the general public, which includes government offices, polling places, office buildings, apartment buildings, restaurants and stores.

"James and his team are very professional and reliable. From the beginning James look over the space to be work on and made helpful suggestions. His price is worth his work. THey always have said, "You Get What You Pay For". He even took me to see his other current projects around the area. It was nice of him to take me to the supply center to pick out the material needed for the job. Despite the weather his team finish the job in a timely manner and clean up the mess and even remove some old benches. Overall James/iConcrete Construction and his group worked very hard to make the job satisfactory

Messed up my driveway by pouring the concrete on a second area before they were done with the first. Dried before they could smooth it out. Said they would come back to finish but never did. Left the frame, all the metal bars, their trash, chunks of dried concrete, and I never heard from them again.
Was going to take to small claims court but I did a background check (I'm a Private Investigator) and seems it wasn't worth my time and I wasn't the first upset.
