Best clothing store for all age groups friendliest staff. will do anything to make you more satisfied and they will cater to your needs. When they only accepted cash for the day when I came in staff was extremely apologetic and made it very clear before we even came in to the store that they were only accepting cash and had multiple signs in the store as well just so nobody could miss it very attentive staff. and owners are super nice even when addressing negative reviews about a employee that is no longer under their employment overall great experience and great selection of clothes and shoes

Love stopping by Round Lake Outfitters when I’m Charlevoix. Great selection and range of sizes. Especially loving the Unsalted clothing line. This is a friendly family run business!
I truly feel horrible for the child that was yelled at and understand the family’s concern mentioned in the negative reviews. Thankfully, the individual mentioned is no longer with the store (and hasn’t been for quite some time). She was an employee and not the owner or a member of the family.

Stopped here as an out-of-towner after seeing a nice NorthFace windbreaker/rain jacket in the window. The owner(s) and staff that I spoke with were very nice and the prices were competitive with those online. Would recommend shopping here and I felt like the experience/pricing were sufficient for me to feel justified in supporting a local business. Supposedly the several other negative reviews regarding the same experience over a spilled drink were in relation to a lady who no longer works there nor were those people even patrons of the business. Bizarre occurrence and gross that an entire family

Store employee was extremely rude to my baby sister. My sister spilled her drink on the sidewalk outside the store and the employee started yelling and screaming at her. I don’t normally write reviews but this is by far the meanest nastiest person I have ever met. A total stranger screaming at a little child for spilling a little bit of a drink outside. After she got in a screaming match with my mother. Extremely unprofessional. However the man next door was extremely nice to my crying sister. (Charlevoix wear)

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Owner yelled (no exaggeration)at my 10 year old daughter to the point she was in tears over three drops of soda spilled on the sidewalk in front of the store. The irony was my daughter was only testing her bottle to make sure she wouldn’t spill INSIDE the store. Was is it the best testing methodology? No, but then again she’s 10 so things like this happen. My wife would have been more than happy to speak to our daughter but instead the owner of RLO decided to do our parenting for us so my wife had no choice but to defend our daughter, which is when the owner

To be an owner of a store and to SCREAM at a little girl for spilling a drink (outside of the store at that) because of your fear of the Corona virus is reprehensible. If you are that fearful of the Corona virus, close the doors on your freaking store and stay home and quarantine yourself. Recommend to all who read this to take your dollars elsewhere.

I have grown up coming to Charlevoix my entire life and have never had a huge major problem with the people there. However, July 4 2020 I had a much different experience. My family & I were shopping at the different shops & decided to go into Round Lake Outfitters (a mistake). From the moment we walked in, my cousin & I immediately got a bad vibe from the lady working there. She was sorta glaring at us in a weird rude way (can’t do much about that though). Anyway, my little cousin (10 years of age) was with us as well along with her mother and older sister. The 10 year old had a glass bottle

By FAR, the RUDEST person I have EVER encountered works here. She felt the need to scream at a little girl for accidentally spilling a few drops of a drink outside of her shop. She then proceeded to have a yelling match with the parent of said little girl outside of the shop creating a public scene. Such a horrible person. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER give your business to Round Lake Outfitters. Go anywhere else.
