I received extremely poor customer service after using them for a house closing. They sent my deed to my investment property because they listed the incorrect address on the deed. I called to address the problem and talked to the same person about 4 different times. She said she would have a supervisor call me back, whom never did. I followed up a week later, to have her tell me that her supervisor would call me back again. This time I did receive a call back, but I was at work and with a client so I returned her call and had to leave a message. She never called me back. They didn’t want to fix

I want to recommend Laramie County Abstract Co. We had some issues with our lender and loan paperwork, and they provided excellent customer service. This is in regards to both in office for closing and after in regards to making sure our funds arrived and posted correctly. I truly appreciated the caring and professionalism shown in trying to resolve our issues with the lender as quickly as possible.
