Tint FX does NOT use any "standard" films in our product lines. Our experience has showed us that these products, though substantially cheaper, do not stand the test of time. Many times you will see tinting services advertised for $99.99 You may think wow! What a deal!. BUYERS BEWARE! Low grade films are famous for purpling and bubbling.

Q: What do I use to safely clean my windows? A: After your windows are tinted, you need to wait 7-10 days to clean them. Basically, you don't want to risk smearing or smudging the glue between the film and the glass. Do not use the blue "Windex with Ammonia-D" or any blue colored cleaners because they usually have ammonia in them.

This is the second vehicle I have brought to TintFx for window tinting. The 3M products provided the look, privacy and sun blockage that I was looking for. TintFx offers a variety of products with professional guaranteed installation. Pricing is competitive and hard to beat. The estimated time of installation was right on the money. I drive by this place a few times a month, and every time I do I remind myself that I need to leave them a review. I took my 2004 Tahoe into them because my old tint was so badly faded that it made it dangerous to drive. They took my truck the same day and turned it around in an hour and a half. The new tint is great! They were super quick, very professional, and provided excellent value. Bonus points for being Veteran-owned (Semper Fi). Do not hesitate to take your vehicle here for your tinting needs.

I found them here on yelp amongst a couple other highly rated shops. They responded to the price request with a good amount of information on their offerings and the specific pricing for my vehicle (which not all of the shops did).

They've done a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. The staff is very friendly and accommodating if you need reschedule. They don't try to push the higher grade film which costs more, most places in my experience will try to upsell you on the more expensive stuff. Almost zero bubbles and the few that were there went away on their own as they should. Overall very satisfied and would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a reliable, competitively priced tint place.

Need window tint, you need TintFx. Great little place in Vienna. Friendly informative staff and knowledgeable about various products. They were able to squeeze me in with little notice and had it done in 30min. I've been to many other places around the DMV and TintFx is far superior. The building isn't much to look at on the outside, but they saved all the value on the products and people. Thank you TintFx.

Been coming here for years, I'm just glad they relocated into Vienna, so it's even closer to Tysons. I've had all my Hondas and BMWs tinted here, from sedans, coupes, to minivans. So a total of around 6 vehicles over the past 20 years, all done at different seasons and temps. Only once did I notice enough tiny bubbles to warrant me coming back to have that window redone, which they did at no additional cost. Everyone I recommend this shop to is happy. Which is why I'm sitting here again waiting for my latest car to get done.
