The owner, Al, came out to my residence to repair the kitchen sink pipes & my toilet. Al was super kind and courteous. He explained to me the things he would be fixing, which I greatly appreciated. I called to schedule an appointment to get my kitchen sink fixed , the men that return my call was really rude , I asked when they had availability he respond with a I DONT KNOW. What do you want ? I was surprised how unprofessional this company is I will stick with robins plumbing. Next time be more professional and friendly.

I bought a home with a ton of plumbing issues including a broken water shut-off valve. They came out and fixed up everything so that I could actually move into my home. They explained everything to me well and gave advice on how I should prioritize the plumbing fixes I'll still need in the future.

Super happy with the service from Al’s Plumbing. I called and they came out 15 minutes later. Replaced the hose that was at risk of bursting on my water heater and were gone within 20 minutes. They were very friendly and their prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend them to someone in need.

I've had Al's out to our house for multiple different issues, they have done gas line installation for us when we replaced our stove, replaced hose bibs, replumbed a sink after a remodel, repaired a failing main line in to our house as well as the ball valve for the main shut off and most recently they found and repaired a leak we had in a pipe that failed inside a wall. They are always prompt, courteous, super patient with my questions and my kids watching and learning as they work their magic. They have fair prices too. For the longest time I always thought my dishwasher had a problem. and I always wondered what was going on though it was barely even used. I then decided to buy a new one for our new kitchen look. Again, it had the same problem and was getting upset on why it's not working. I looked online to see who can help me with this situation at such a late time. I see al's plumbing company and gave them a quick call. I didn't have to wait for service. (: They came within minutes with such a low price. But that's not all. Outrageous:
We called them because we needed to remove a sink in order to paint the powder room. A worker came and in 15 minutes he removed.
Yesterday when he came to put it back, after 20 minutes, he gave us the bill: over $400 .
When we called to ask why so much, we were told that they have a minimum of $200 per job.
I asked where on their website or tel message they have mentioned that, someone by the name Mark, told me that the owners can't be reached, and he
hung up the phone on me

Thanks to Al's Plumbing! Sam and Dustin came right out after my call for a clogged main drain this morning.
Sam was knowledgeable, was able to quickly assess, diagnose the problem and create a plan of action. Exactly what we needed! This Company is the Epitome of excellence. I needed a new sink and faucet. They had to reconfigure all the plumbing! Wow guys great job! Super happy! I called countless plumbers and their pricing was the least expensive! Most important their professionalism was over the top impressive! They rock! Don't waste your time searching for a great Company? Just stop here at Al's plumbing! I had lots of calcification due to hard water in Buckeye, AZ no up charges!!! They stand by their word!!!!
