Outstanding customer service!!! I've shopped here before, but today I was blown away when I brought my fathers' old watch into the store for possible repairs. The watch has purely sentimental value, the repairs would likely cost more than the value of the piece. The staff was warm, welcoming, exceedingly helpful presenting the best options for cost effective repairs. What a pleasure to deal with a business that is built on integrity and kindness! Be careful with this jeweler. Always check the carat value of what they are selling. They tried to sell me a ring at 14k. When I checked it with a loop, it was 10k. "Oh, we need to check and change the labels". They also replaced a battery on my watch that failed two months later. They also over tightened the screw down crown. Not a good jeweler with this many errors
