Calix Tires

My tires love nails. It is what it is. Some call it luck. I call it living in Miami where there is a construction site on every corner. I took my wheels to Calix and I was immediately attended and my tire was plugged back to health. It cost $10 to plug and I tipped the mechanic generously out of appreciation (he plugged my tire and checked/filled the air in all the others). I was in and out in 10 minutes. It's a good day!

Every time I called with a problem, they let me come in right away to have it fixed. They are kind, helpful, fair-priced, and never take more than 40 minutes. The best place to have car work done, avoid the chains like Pep boys and support these guys instead. They've fixed headlights, tires, and oil issues for me. They accept credit cards as well.

Great place to go, fast service and always great. did my oil change change of tires fixed brakes and back tail light in less than and a half great friendly staff. And best of all the best price.

They taxe u like crazy if u pay for a change of tire with a card!!. If u pay with cash $35 for a used tire.

This place was great. They patched my tire in less than 15 minutes, and I only paid 16$. They did not try to sell me anything extra, just did what I came for. Very nice people who work fast and well! Highly recommend.

I came here to have all 4 brake pads and my 2 rear brake rotors replaced after I wore them down to the point of sparkyness. I ended up buying the pads and rotors elsewhere and came here first thing in the morning on a weekday. I handed over my keys and asked when I should come back. I was expecting "ehhh, it'll be done in about 3 to 9 hours from now" but instead got "Don't go anywhere, we're gonna get on it right now."

A few minutes later two of the mechanics came out. 1 attacked the front brakes

Maybe it's different somewhere else, but the one thing businesses lack in Miami is service. THIS PLACE HAS SERVICE. I was in and out in seven minutes flat. These men even changed my tire in the rain. I will come back for as long as I live here, which looks to be a long long time. Emanuelle changed my tire, and the owner was absolutely delightful over the phone and earned my business. I had called a tire place before coming here and their attitude was less than ideal, as everything is in Miami.

Great service, very cheap, and SUPER fast.

Got there with a nail stuck in one of my tires and the guy jumped right onto it. For $15 he patched up the tire and put it back on my car...all in less than 15 min! I really could not believe how fast they were. Also, since they were open at 8 am, I was even able to get to work on time. Would definitely use again ( though hopefully I won't need to!)

The owner Daniel had a shop on Bird Road years ago and I met him there when I couldn't find anyone else to mount new tires on 18in rims for my Scion XB.
He moved to this location 4 years ago and continues to have great, friendly service at very fair prices!
When my boyfriend needed special run flat tires, we ordered and had them delivered to the shop in order to have Daniel mount them...he will work with you to help make the process as convenient as possible, just ask!
Dropping of my car today to get a rim repaired and he'll have the work done by tomorrow.
