I rarely post reviews but I think others should know about my experience here. I paid for a 60-minute Swedish massage + hot stones. My masseuse, Amanda, was great and I enjoyed the experience BUT I only received 40 minutes of service.
The only reason I can think of as to why my service was cut short 2/3 of the way through is because they were behind schedule and didn't want a domino effect for the rest of the afternoon. However, I arrived to my appointment early and had to wait in the lobby until the previous client left and the linens were replaced, so I wasn't the root of the problem

After years of going to other spots in the area, where the language barrier has been making things challenging, I found this place and it became my go-to. Easy location, parking in front, good prices, informative website and the staff is not only friendly, but also easy to reach and schedule appointments with. Even as soon as the same day! The only improvement I'd like to see is that the website lets you schedule your appointment, and less clicking back and forth to sign your documents.

I received a call from the business after the massage. Their remedy to the situation was for me to book another appointment so that they could assign me to a better therapist. I assumed I would be comped the service but they said I would need to pay it in full. So, your fix is for me to pay MORE money to get another massage? I don't get how that is a solution.

I booked with a specific massage therapist, and she was hard to get an appointment with. They didn't bother to tell me she no longer worked there until I was 1block away (1/2 hour drive!). AND they switched me to a male without even asking me!

I always have a great experience at this day spa. I primarily go for micro-needling facials and my results have been fantastic. It's easy to get an appointment. I never have to wait. My esthetician, Lea is professional and gentle. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and nicely lit. I also find the pricing to be very fair and competitive. Definitely worth trying out.

I walked in for a massage as well as a hot stone massage and a scrub. Everybody was so nice from the woman that helped me on the phone for my appointment as well as the lovely lady behind the desk who checked me in.
J'von I believe his name was and please forgive me if it's not was my masseuse. He was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! I can't wait to go back! I'd love to make this a monthly ritual!!
Everything was super clean and everybody was Covid compliant which I find very important in these times.
They just opened a nail salon next door which I'll be making

On Sunday, July 25th my experience with a body slimming treatment was quite disappointing. After writing a review expressing my displeasure, I received a call from Marcia. She was extremely sympathetic and understanding. She offered me the choice of a complete refund or a complimentary treatment. Since I've been a patron of Escape Day Spa for a few years, I decided to try the treatment again with a different therapist. I'm glad I did. Diane was amazing. She provided the service I expected. It's nice when the owners/managers of an establishment take the time to resolve issues with

Had not been here for awhile, a "welcome back" email convinced me to make a visit. Juliana was my therapist, she did AMAZING work on my shoulders. The facilities here are clean and comfortable, as others have remarked the price is quite reasonable. My only complaint: There was no work done on my feet, it appears that it'd cost me another $30. Nonetheless for the money this was a satisfying experience, I'll likely be back again.

Will not return. I really wanted to like this place since I've yet to find a spot on the West side since I moved here. When I got out of my 60-min hot stone massage, I was literally DEEP FRIED in whatever oil they're using. I had an older Asian male as my masseuse and he just didn't even really try to wipe it off at the end. I have gotten countless massages and this was unprecedented. I felt gross putting my clothes back on after since everything just felt so gooey. The massage itself was also mediocre. Not terrible but definitely not great either. I kept hoping for it to be over

The customer service is great, the space is nice and clean. My friend gifted me a 60 min Swedish massage with Hot Stones, Paola was my masseuse and she was AMAZING! I prefer my massages pretty firm and deep and she definitely targeted my problem areas. It was my first time trying Hot Stones and what a game changer, but the heat is not for everyone so if you are sensitive or have a low tolerance for temperatures then do let her know as she can adjust the temperature or not use them at all. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable and definitely melted my stress away. She also does facials
