Shane has been amazing! We have had to postpone our Mexico vacation for 11 people 2 times! He has been patient and empathetic with our reasons for postponing the trip. And has been able to reschedule everything with no problems at all. He is the best travel agent we have ever had and I highly recommend Imagine Travel for any of your travel needs!

Shane is simply the best. I cannot express how grateful we are to him for working MAGIC to move our Ireland and Scotland trip after half of our group got COVID just 2 days before the flight. He handled everything so quickly, which let us not stress and just get healthy. I already knew he was amazing for planning our PERFECT (yall, 5star) Costa Rica anniversary trip last year, and Mexico honeymoon. We'll be sticking with Shane and Imagine Travel for sure :)

I wanted to book a special trip for my mom this year for her birthday and I was super nervous about it. I didn't know where to begin. I did a little research on travel agencies and I'm so, so, so thankful I came across this agency to help me book my trip! Shane, thank you for everything!! Hawaii was absolutely amazing, unreal! There was no better feeling than to see my mom so happy! We had such a great time. Everything was perfect! Just wanted to drop you a quick note to THANK YOU for setting Lisa and I up with CIE for our Ireland tour. We were a bit apprehensive about vacationing via a structured tour but it turned out to exceed our expectations in every way….there were no surprises and every detail was exactly as advertised. The transfers, hotels, tour guide, coach, everything was so nice that I can’t see how anyone could be less than completely satisfied.

My daughter and I had an amazing time in Rome. It was such a beautiful city and everything was perfect. Many thanks to Shane at Imagine Travel. He arranged our trip and made sure everything went smoothly, from planning the trip to its execution.
We stayed at The Hotel Eden and it was spectacular! Definitely a five star experience. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, the staff was very attentive. Also the rooms we very comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. Our view of Rome from our balcony was amazing.
Shane also arrange for us to have our own personal tour guide, Federica.
