Preparation of Settlement Statements and sale documents, handles all Home Equity Line of Credit files, prepares Act of Donations, Quitclaims Deeds and other ancillary real estate transactions, property tax research, mortgage cancellations, preparing title commitments, issuing title policies to clients.
