NO customer service. Have hundreds of feet of Eads fencing on my property and recently called because of a plumbing issue that would require removal of small part of fence. This was extremely time sensitive as it was a crushed sewer line that needed immediate repair. Vicki did not call back until I wrote an unhappy message on their "contact us" section of website (return call took 11 days total) at which time she said she could not help and that she did call me and leave a message (I assume she knows that iPhones have a recent section that tracks all calls-no such call was ever made

Horrible customer service and not very professional. I was promised that work would start with in 4-6 weeks and would take one day. After they rescheduled the day twice, work didn't start till 8 weeks after I signed the contract. On the start date, the contractor was an hour late. He worked for 5 hours then left. The next day he brought another contractor with him but they didn't show up till 1pm, to be fair his trail did have a flat but he never called anyone to let us know. While I was waiting for him to show up, I contacted Eadds. I was given the operation manager who pretty

Eades installed my fence a number of years ago, and it now needs repairs. I called twice to schedule an estimate for the repairs and each time I was told that someone would call back. The third time I was finally told that call backs can take several days and that repairs are being scheduled 6 - 8 weeks out. If I had been told that originally, I would have immediately begun to look elsewhere. The person that I spoke with had "attitude" which I did not appreciate, and she made no attempt to provide positive customer service. My neighbor received similar treatment, and we will both be looking

I would avoid this company at all costs.
We have a small gate on our fence that we would like opened up and made bigger. We are unsure how big we can go in the area we have, and wanted advice on what we could do.
We are getting several quotes, and happy to find Eads Fence Co less than 8 miles away. I put in a quote request online, and on Monday received a call from Marshelle. She said she could not get up to our area until Friday (a small quote 13 minutes away?) and we set up an appointment for that day.
When she arrived, she did not introduce herself but just handed me her card. I took her

I am forced to change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. Why? When I went to open my pool this year I discovered that I had a hole in the in underground pipe right where the fence was installed weeks prior. I paid to have the hole located and then remedied. I summarily reached out to Eads to see if they were willing to pay for the damages and have not gotten a response. Lesson learned. I will never use Eads fence ever again.

We had a very frustrating experience and disappointing experience with Eads Fence. We received an estimate several months back for aluminum fencing that was too high for us to proceed. However, we were told they might have some imperfect fencing for a discount and to come check out what they had to see if it interested us. When we went in, we were told they did not have enough imperfect fencing but did have some older model fencing and also an order that was returned that they could give us at a discounted price. Donny seemed very helpful and said he would get us a wholesale estimate that would

Horrible experience with this company! Waited 6 weeks to have the job even started. The first day the installers showed up late (after noon) and all they did was take out the existing fence. The next two days they did not call or show up. . I called on the second day and was told they would be back to finish the job the next day. Once again the next day they were late (after noon) and didn't finish the job. The day after that the same thing. The following day, again, no call no show. I called the sales person, who had no idea any of this had been going on, which I feel as if he should

Eads installed a fence on the property line in between my house and my neighbors house. During the installation of the fence the contractors dug up an electric wire and never buried the line back into the ground. I called EADs and spoke with Brian who told me "I'm not coming back out to help you, tell your husband to do it himself." Meanwhile EADS has left a live electric wire laying in my driveway. Serious safety hazard and they refuse to bury the line.

In the late summer of 2014 I contacted multiple companies asking for an approximate cost of 100 ft. of 5' high metal fencing. All pushed to have a representative (salesperson) come to look, measure, etc. I kept trying to stress that all I wanted was a ballpark figure to decide if the cost was even viable for us. Also, that I didn't need installation until early 2015. Bernie Kruse with Eads was the only person who respected this simple request AND did not show exasperation about not coming to actually measure and quote (and give me the hard-sell). So, for this reason, we proceeded
