My husband recently asked Indigo Signworks to print a banner for his parents' 40th wedding anniversary party, for which we would have to travel about 4 hours west. As the date approached, there was a snowstorm warning that covered the entire route we'd need to take, so we had to cancel. We left a message with Indigo and let them know of the situation, assuring them that we would pay any design or printing fees we had accrued -- but they called back and decided not charge us anything. That's going well above and beyond for customer service, since they had already spent time designing our banner
