Services
South River was established in Stuart in 1981 and quickly grew into a condominium community consisting of 39 two-story residential buildings spread across 87 acres. The land stretches from the property entrance on South Kanner Highway to the South Fork of the St. Lucie River. Each building contains 14 residential units.
The SR Boatyard Committee oversees the storage area reserved for boats and trailers as well as the boat ramp and the dock. The Committee is charged with the task of ensuring that these areas are being used safely and are being maintained properly. If you are interested in storing a boat at South River, please contact the Office for an application and a list of the rules and regulations governing these areas.
The SR Recreation Committee plans and runs the community's social activities. Committee meetings take place on a monthly basis at the Clubhouse during the Fall and Winter months, and all are welcome to attend.
