I had my implant procedure by Dr. Koo, it was very smooth and they had great follow up. They accommodated me on a very short notice and scheduled an appointment during the busy holidays so I can use my insurance for the year which I really appreciated! They worked with me and my insurance to get the most out of it too. the staff is very friendly and helpful too, I will be coming back for 2 more implants this year.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Koo for dental implants. I was nervous about the entire process, but Dr. Koo and his staff patiently explained to me the entire process and answered all my questions. Kudos to his scheduling staff as I rarely have to wait long, and am always greeted with a friendly hello. The office staff are outgoing and know their jobs well. I would highly recommend Dr. Koo and his energetic staff.

My daughter had an extra tooth that needed to be removed and it was a very smooth experience. Dr. Koo and his team were amazing and very patient. They made my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease. The doctor explained the process of what to expect and answered all of our questions. Even the ladies at the front desk, especially Arielle were very nice and thorough in checking what was covered by insurance. I definitely recommend Dr. Koo if your little one needs an oral surgical procedure. This was an overall worry-free experience.

I received a dental implant here a few days ago and let me tell you how amazing these people are. I was very nervous but everyone here worked to relax me. The entire process has been easy and organized so far! I didn't feel a thing and was entirely comfortable throughout. I've only used pain medicine once since the procedure. I'd highly recommend Dr. Koo and his amazing staff for your implant needs.

My experience with Piney Point has been outstanding. I developed a set of circumstances in my life that led to a condition that required expert and innovative care. I am very happy my dentist referred me to Dr. Koo who presented a care solution that has worked out very well for me. I am happy to report that my defect was repaired, my implant is solidly in place and I am able to to chew and smile with no hesitation!
