Even though most people think of teenagers when they think of orthodontics, there are good reasons your child should get an orthodontic evaluation much sooner. We often see patients for an evaluation and think, "If I had seen this patient at an earlier age, their treatment would be easier, and treatment time shorter."
There are several important reasons why these teenage years are the ideal time for orthodontic treatment. Generally by the age of 11-13 the baby teeth have all been lost, and the permanent ones have come in. This is a perfect time to begin correcting the concerns that lead to a bad bite and crooked teeth.
No matter what stage of life your in, we are dedicated to finding a solution that works for you and your busy adult life! Gone are the days of large, clunky metal braces. Modern metal braces are smaller, more comfortable, and more attractive than ever before. Traditional braces are considered one of the best options for your smile because they are extremely durable, and effective for treating a wide variety of orthodontic concerns.
