Our well had been giving us issues for months and my husband thought it was simply the switch, until it completely went out three days ago. My husband called Cape Fear Well & Pump the next morning, they repaired the pump and switch within hours of contact. They didn't hit us over the head with the cost and they were professional and friendly!

Not dependable.... do not waste your time or money!! FINALLY got someone out to my house to take a look at my well. Paid $85 and was told I would receive a call that afternoon to set up an appointment to fix my well. It's been OVER a week now, haven't received a call and my calls/messages have not been returned. I feel robbed and incredibly disappointed. I have gone with another company now that actually cares about customer service.

Paid $1500 for a job that we were given an original estimate of $900-1500. I guess I could only trust that the owner had his reasons for charging the max amount since he didn't care to explain or break down the cost to me. Soon after, we began to have a leak out of the pump itself. I had to call several times for over a week to get them to back out to rectify the issue. They then told me that the problem was because we the homeowners failed to finish the job as we were "instructed" to do. When I asked why they didn't re bury the now exposed galvanized pipe or insulate it I was told "because we
