We usually use All State on majority of our jobs until recently. We called in and requested a quote for boom truck service. We received a quote for a certain price and chose to use All State for quoted upon price. We received the bill and it didn’t reflect our quoted price. It was around $150 higher than what we were quoted and we were pretty much told there is nothing they can do even after the receptionist agreed her office messed up and told us wrong information. When we asked to speak to the owner we were told “ the owners daughter said price stands and she will not talk to us”
