I do love how my kitchen finally turned out. The cabinets and countertops are beautiful. However, this company has A LOT to improve on regarding customer service and project management. The designer was put in charge of the project- and while he was mostly a good designer, he was horrible as a project manager. He never showed up on time to… appointments, and actually missed several. We were originally promised that our kitchen remodel would be finished 3 months after paying the down payment. It actually took 6 months. Part of the project wasn’t completed according to the plans we signed

Mountain States designed some lovely floating shelves and a two-person desk for our upstairs bedroom/now office! Excellent quality and craftsmanship, and the installer did amazing work. This room was completely transformed, and has been used regularly as a second home office. We also gave our kitchen a facelift by painting our old cabinets, and thanks to Mountain States, installing a new custom island (with warming drawer I might add!) and marble countertops. It went from ho hum to a show stopper room without breaking the bank. Thank you to Jerry who provided great design and customer service.

We love our new kitchen. Lane came up with a beautiful design, helped us with all of the details and worked through our job quickly without rushing us on our decisions. Mauricio came and installed a beautiful product with incredible quality and skill.

My Wife (Susan) and I first walked into Mountain States Kitchen and Bath just about 18 months ago. We knew that we had a large project in front of us; with a major re-design and upgrade in our kitchen, dining area and adjoining bath - and were just a bit overwhelmed. We were greeted at the door by Dave Lindenlaub; and from that point forward we… were very well taken care of by he and his entire team. (This was the case even when we came upon a challenge or two - with our existing home design. These great folks always presented positive ideas and solutions!)

I really enjoyed your salesperson Jerry Sims coming to my house and showing me what was possible for our kitchen cabinets, he was very helpful and when I asked for more drawers to be put in he did so willingly. I worked with Graham Spedding and he was fantastic!! I love my kitchen and it turned out great! He provided a lot of the design work and helped me make decisions as well. We had a pretty unique and modern design and he had ideas outside of the box and it turned out amazing. He also was really fun to work with and you can tell he really likes what he is doing. My husband and I had a great experience at Mountain States. Everyone we encountered at the showroom/office was very helpful and so patient with our kids. Graham our designer, was extremely knowledgeable when he came out for design and measure suggesting great things for our small space. The entire process went very smoothly.
